Isis ήταν μια Αμερικάνικη post-metal  μπάντα, ιδρύθηκε στη Βοστώνη, Μασαχουσέτη, στα τέλη του 1997,είναι ενεργή από το 1997 μέχρι τη διάλυσή τους 2010. Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει πέντε full-length άλμπουμ, πέντε L (EPS), πέντε live άλμπουμ, δύο singles και έχουν συνεργαστεί με άλλους καλλιτέχνες σε πολλά άλλα άλμπουμ.
